Paddington Law Centre provides an invaluable service to residents who have problems with housing or the benefits system, amongst many other things. Unlike many other councils. Westminster provides virtually no support to the Law Centre, which has to rely upon fundraising. Karen attended the Law centre open day in July to meet staff and users, and hear first hand how important their work is. She is now lobbying hard to raise much needed funds to maintain this service.
